An InsiderAdvantage / Majority Opinion Research poll asked Georgians about their planned discretionary spending over the next 3 months and found that just over one-half intend to spend less while only one out of ten plan to spend more.
Q. Do you plan to spend more, less or about the same on discretionary items or expenditures such as entertainment, or non-food or energy related expenditures over the next 3 months?
Support: 44%
Oppose: 36%
Undecided: 20%
A total of 407 interviews were conducted on March 17, 2008. The results were weighted by age, race, gender and political affiliation. The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 4.8%. |
