Georgians Frustrated Over Rate At Which Transportation Needs Have Been Addressed

(2/19/07)
Here are the latest findings of the InsiderAdvantage / Majority Opinion Statewide Poll: Q. Are you frustrated or not frustrated at the rate at which Georgia has addressed transportation needs or congestion?

Frustrated: 69%
Not Frustrated: 20%
Don’t Know/No Opinion: 11%

The telephone survey of 500 adult registered Georgia voters was conducted February 16-18 and was weighted for age, race, gender and political affiliation. The margin of error is plus or minus 4 percent.

Analysis: What should scare legislators is that among the key voting ages of 30-to-64 years of age, the percentages were well into the 70 percentile-plus range. Republicans, Democrats, and Independents all stated frustration at a level of over 60% percent.
